We aim to respond within 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time from Settings → Billing. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains what happens when you cancel, when we issue refunds, and how to request one.

Privacy requests and data deletion

To access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, see our Privacy Policy and our Data Deletion Instructions, which set out the process and what to expect. You can also email us at the address above and we will handle it.

If you have a complaint about the service, about content, or about how we have handled your personal data, you can raise it with the Grievance Officer directly. We will acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days of receipt.

Reporting abuse or a security issue

If you believe an account is being used to publish unlawful content, or you have found a security vulnerability, email support@viralsocialops.com with “Abuse” or “Security” in the subject line so it is routed quickly. Please do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a chance to fix it.
